I led content design for the rebrand of Office 365 to Microsoft 365 Personal and Business. Our goal was to simplify the user flow, create a cohesive experience from the microsoft.com home page to checkout, create new brand and style guidelines, update the micro and macro copy to reflect the updates, and reduce user friction by combining the product description pages and SKU-chooser. It was the most significant redesign of Microsoft’s legacy SaaS product, resulting in an 11% increase in subscriptions.
