I led content design for Chewy’s new pet health insurance product CarePlus. I worked cross-functionally and collaboratively with Chewy’s marketing, product, and design teams to create a best-in-class experience for pet owners looking to insure their pets. The product had a successful soft launch in 2022 and launched nationwide in 2023.
